Delivery

We aim to dispatch 95% of Berber Leather orders the next working day.

If you've made a mistake on your order or with your address - don't panic! Just drop Beki an email at sales@berberleather.com or through our contact form and we will sort it out.

Postage is £2.50 for orders under £50 for our 3-5 Working Day Service and free for orders over £50. This service uses Royal Mail.

If you have ordered an item with bespoke branding, please allow an extra 24 hours for your item to be made.

If you need your items quicker we offer Express Shipping within the UK, which will see your parcel arrive in 1-2 business days from dispatch. We send items with Royal Mail or Parcelforce depending on the size of your order. This service has a £5 charge no matter the total of the order.

For European Delivery we use Parcelforce from the UK and their partner couriers in the destination country (most often GLS). European Delivery is £10 and we aim to deliver your item within 5-7 working days. Please note that for orders sent to the EU, the receiver of the parcel is liable for paying the customs and duty fees.

Worldwide Delivery is with Parcelforce and costs £15. We aim to have items delivered within 7-15 working days for worldwide orders. 

Click and Collect

You can opt to Click and Collect any of our products from our Richmond Shop, you will receive a confirmation email when your item is ready to collect.

Returns

All items are covered by the UK Consumer Contract Regulations - Formerly the Distance Selling Regulations. You are entitled to a refund of the purchase price if you decide to change your mind and inform us within fifteen days of receipt of your purchase. (For all purchases in Nov/Dec for Christmas Gifts we accept notification up to the end of January) In these circumstances, return postage, packing and insurance costs remain with you, the buyer. We will refund you the cost of the product but not any shipping costs.

Further to this, we will give a full refund (inc. P&P) if the item you receive is faulty or “significantly not as described” on this website, where you inform us within seven days of receipt of the item and where we confirm that the issue is genuine. (This will usually apply in the unlikely event that we have sent you the wrong colour, size or product).

Items that have been embossed and initialled are not eligible for returns unless faulty.

We do not accept returns for items in our outlet marked as "seconds" with clear stated faults unless there is a secondary issue that is not stated on the listing.

In either case, any refund requires that the item is returned in its original sound condition.

Please note the following: Leather is a natural material and slight differences in shade/colour from the traditional tanning processes sometimes occur from batch to batch. Small scars and growth marks from the life of the animal do occur and are considered normal and implicit in the item description. As all Berber Leather bags are made with full-grain leather we consider these marks what makes each bag a unique product and not a design flaw. All our products, being handmade by real people, will be slightly different. While every effort is made to match product pictures precisely, small differences will occur. This makes each item unique and is not considered as constituting "significant difference" from item descriptions unless differing significantly from specifications given in communications about a specific sale.
